WHAT I DO

  1. I carry 37 years of construction experience in all aspects of residential construction, residential remodelling and general contracting.
  2. I strive to communicate clearly to both the buyer and agent about my findings. I always set the stage for the buyers about “realistic expectations” before every inspection.
  3. I follow up with the agents and/or buyers to make sure everyone understands what is in the report.
  4. I also make myself available for future advice for my clients and agents.
  5. I provide a computer generated report complete with pictures and you will get it the within 24 hours and often in the same day.
  6. I guarantee that you will be happy with my services or I will refund your money!
